ALMOST 17 years ago, I was standing in London with a school group and I had a problem: I was obsessed with football.
Actually, it shouldn’t have been a problem at all. London is, after all, a kind of theme park for a German football fan. A city where you can barely walk a mile without coming across a football club, a stadium or some great piece of football history.
