Four big name players who retired far too early

Michael Spoor reports on a quartet of retired players who called time on their careers earlier than expected.

Football superstars like Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luka Modric seem to go on forever these days.
Going back a bit, Gordon Strachan and Teddy Sheringham also kept on playing. But not everyone does.
